In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Zoya spoke about the audience response and her experience working on the series. She shared that fans are not only talking about the twists and turns but also connecting with the characters, which she finds very rewarding.
When asked about the romantic moments between her character Priya and Emraan Hashmi’s character Arjun, and whether a kiss was scripted, Zoya clarified that there was never a kiss written in the script. She explained that the intention was to portray intimacy through emotional vulnerability rather than a physical gesture. According to her, restraint often communicates more powerfully than consummation, especially in a story where trust is fragile.
Zoya also expressed her excitement about the possibility of Taskaree getting a second season, saying that if the story develops naturally and there’s an honest journey left for Priya, she would be eager to explore it.
