Mental Health and your Bright Inner World

Mental Health - the daily repetitive patterns holds the key to eternal peace

Ever wondered why some days feel better and the others are not so. Some days the energy flows smoothly and the other days we might feel health issues, or certain mental and emotional patterns manipulating our state of mind. First things first, mental health has become a huge issue globally and the subject has yet to make it to the last page of the school textbooks.

What we are taught in schools and colleges is peanuts as the whole idea of education by governments all around the world is actually based on extracting the individual of his individuality and making him or her an obedient non humourous entity directly controlled by the above authority. Have you been in there place you could have designed a better education policy or a better syllabus. The reality is around the halo of education and subjects a lot is missing. A lot is going wrong in the world, as well as in our inner world and nobody is going to address those problems.

Why is it the outer circumstances are able to impact our consciousness much more than our knowledge about ourselves? The school system does n't teach you about focus and concentration. Not even a single topic which stresses aboiut the significance of this immortal tools of our consciousness. And there is so much depth to it, so much insights that even in a lifetime you won't be able to grasp the entire concept and never it could ever be. Could there be any tool to grasp infinity. But only we can go into depths of our being to get rid of our mind.

In the ancient Indian system of teachings, the disciple and the teacher carries a deeper bond for each other. A lot of things can be discussed, nothing was left to be spoken. As if every minute and sensitive fiber of the pupil was touched and made to become whole. A lot of wisdom was inhaled and pupils learned not just from the teachers but from the entire pristine environment which carried the potential to construct great minds from dust.

We see so many reports people suffering from mental health issues, insomnia. They are becoming addicts to drugs trying to find an escape from their ownselves from their own mental chattering. But until you are aware, and unless you become consicous of what is exactly happening within yourself there is no wayout. People are relying on medicines to get themselves going but how far can we.
